The AIB GAA Skills Challenge is an exciting new initiative that is coming to the club this weekend.
Its a chance for you to get involved and celebrate the role of our club in the community.
Come along with all the family and friends and join us for the skills challenge and family fun day.
There will be 4 guest star players in attendance Colm the Gooch Cooper,Paul Flynn,JJ Delaney and Brendan Cummins.

The club was recently crowned "Munster Club of the Year" at a function in Killarney.Chairman Timmy O Connor ,John McKeogh and Willie Mulcahy were on hand to receive this prestigious award from Munster Council Chairman Sean Walsh
The club recently had a visit from Limerick's live 95fm on the eve of the Munster club Final.

County Minor Hurling Champions 2011

Congratulations to the Under 14 Hurlers and Management who yesterday won the County Under 14 Title defeating Newcastlewest 0-11 to 1-04.
Roisin Byrnes and Sinead Keogh of Carmody Solicitors Shannon who kindly sponsored this years Minor Hurling Team presenting a set of jerseys to Club Chairman Timmy O Connor.

The Daly Cup paid a visit to the Saturday morning kids to share in the glory of last Sundays memorable victory in the County Senior Hurling Final.
Captain Kieran Bermingham along with Kevin Ryan,David Breen,Paul McNamara,Brian Hartnett and team trainer Paul Beary were all in attendance.

These are the lads who will represent Na Piarsaigh and Limerick in the upcoming Feile na nGael tournament in Galway on 24,25 and 26th June 2011

The draws were made and the team will be based in Killimor Co.Galway.This is on the N65 mid way between Loughrea and Portumna.
Proceedings begin on the Friday 24th when we play our hosts Killimor in Killimor at 3pm.At the same time the other 2 teams in our group Sarsfields of Galway and Ahan Gaels of Cork play in Ballaun.
Later on that evening the 88 teams parade through the streets of Loughrea in what should be an impressive array of colors.
On the Saturday we play Sarsfields of Cork in Killimor at 10am and at 1.15pm we play our final group game v Ahan Gaels of Cork also in Killimor.
Hopefully we can perform well on both days and progress to the knockout stages which will move to Ballinasloe later on the Saturday 25th.
